Overcompensating sounds really fun. I can't wait to watch it.

Also loved the US travel dupes recommendations. As someone who's been dreaming to take a trip across the US and has now safely parked that idea. It gave me a few new places to consider.

Yes, the US is also highly overrated, in my honest opinion...

Haha yes probably true. National parks are impressive though they seem to really manage and maintain those well.

I love Benito Skinner. I'm adding that to my watch list. Have so much fun at home! I hope it's the coziest trip! 💘

Thank you, Jenovia! I don't have social media, so I didn't know who he was, but he won my heart.

Excellent link roundup as usual! And I also really liked Overcompensating! Perfect TV for right now, when I mostly need to laugh and take a brain break.

I'm listening to Heartwood right now and I'm nearly done! I can say without a doubt, I have no idea how this will end.

I was also surprised at the ending (not my fave, but a satisfying one indeed)

Heartwood looks good. I'm between books at the moment and can't commit to my next one (even though I have a long TBR list!) Do you ever get that way?

That is happening to me right now. Just finished a horror, and it's been 3 days and I have not picked my next one. 100% can relate.

Thanks for the shoutout!

I am also leaving for a month (nut until July). This is a new experiment to escape the heat!

I watched the first episode of "Miss Austen" and I wasn't digging it (kind of depressing). Do I keep going?

I'd say yes. The first episode is the weakest one. And yay for you on escaping the heat.

I have Heartwood on the TBR, can't wait! I'm currently on episode 3 of Overcompensating, really liking it and making me miss Big Boys and Sex Lives of College Girls. Feel the same way about period dramas tbh, haven't watched that one!

Saving that toxic masculinity article to read later... scary world :(

Un abrazo 🥰

I didn't have Big Boys on my radar, so I'll check it out. Thank you!
