I share your sentiment with your Substack being free! I wouldn’t ever charge for my Substack, but of course, I understand why some people do, and that’s great for them. I love your Substack, and I appreciate all the work you put in! I just quit all my socials, and I am quite literally withdrawing. Lol, but your Substack…It gives me a lot of joy and entertainment without the guilt. xx

Last year I went to a cardiologist because i kept telling myself my pulse was too high during exercise and I freaked out and the freak out made my pulse even higher. He told me he hates these things because many healthy patients go to him because of this and I needed to ditch it and chill out (after thorough testing of course).

yikes! my observation is that men love them the most! my husband always cites his awesome "sleep stats" and I ask: but do you feel like you got a good night's sleep?!

I picked Norah Ephron’s “Heartburn” from that same NYT “funny novels” list you linked! Just finished the audiobook—read by Meryl Streep. It was hilarious. Highly recommend listening to this one!
