I’m reading The Wedding People right now and freaking love it! Also Only Murders is a forever favorite of mine and I can’t wait to watch this new season. Last season was a bit wonky for me but I loved the ending.
It happened with the other "Summer it books" too which is rare -> Wedding People, The God of the Woods, Just for Summer, and Margo's Money Troubles all hyped, and loved by me.
I've been so out of the mood to shop this summer too. Patio cocktails and an ice cream cone are getting all my money. Also OMITB is my favorite part of August. May they never stop making that show.

I too was surprised that I fell for the book of the summer. Love when a hyped book delivers.

All but one of those were winners for me as well. I'm an outlier on God of the Woods but can see the appeal.
